Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we have multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
You can only return a product if it is unused and is in the same state as the day you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
